Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free & discreet worldwide shipping by air, typically via FedEx, DHL or UPS. However, due to local laws, we DO NOT SHIP to countries that have strict forbidden requirement regarding sex dolls, such as: Islamic countries, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Africa, Mexico, or Brazil, etc…
Delivery Time & Tracking
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 business days. Estimated delivery times usually are 2-3 weeks from the day of dispatch, though exceptions may apply. All of our dolls are handmade and tested thoroughly for quality before shipping. The FedEx, DHL or UPS tracking number will be sent to your mailbox after the package is shipped.
Note: There might be shipping delay due to the Chinese holiday, such as Spring Festival, National Day, and unpredictable weather. We will do our best to expedite the order for you.
Discreet Shipping
No hidden charges. All the packages are discreet with a plain packaging carton. Your doll will be labeled “mannequin”. There are no other labels, marks, or logos to show it is a doll.
Order Cancellation & Refund
Order processing started from the moment that the buyer confirms the order details are correct.
If you want to cancel your order while we have begun processing your order, the cancellation fee will be charged. This amount will be deducted from the refund processed to your card. The specific cost depends on the value of the order.
Please note that, order cancellation for custom sex dolls is only possible in 24 hours after the order is placed. After 24h order cancellation is not possible.
