Damaged Product:
We control product quality extremely serious. Every order is thoroughly inspected, tested & photographed before delivery.
When you receive your sex doll, you should check the doll carefully to make sure it is in good condition before you use it. If you find any quality problem caused by non-human factors such as breakage, please follow the instructions to start a return and refund process.
1. Take images. Take images for the package box, the doll and the damaged parts. You can also take a video. Please have your images or video ready when contacting us for the return.
2.Contact Us. Contact us with your details to start the return process. We will then require the images or video to confirm the doll return for you.
3.Sending The Doll Back. Once the return requirement has been confirmed, then please send the doll back. All items must be packed neatly and in their original condition, with their original packaging, accessories, and extras must be included. Please put your order number in the box so we know who it is. We cannot tell from the name on the delivery if you do forget to put in the package.
You can try sending it yourself but usually, this is more expensive and causes a lot more problems in returning items.
4.Doll returned & Refund. Once we receive the doll, we will then inspect it. We will carefully inspect the returned doll and keep a track of this process. We will let you know if we do find any problems with the returned doll. Once we have passed the inspection we then refund the original method of payment and provide an email to confirm the refund amount. The shipping costs will not be refunded. Please allow us 5-7 working days to process this from the date we receive the doll back

●Please do not use the product if you find the doll is damaged. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used items.

*EXEMPTIONS
Our dolls are made by hand, with every doll being unique, there can be minor discrepancies and imperfections.
The following imperfections and minor damages are exempt from our Return & Refund Policy: skin imperfections, blemishes, scratches, marks, compression marks, micro-cuts, slight variations in the skin’s surface, loose or missing fingernails / toenails, loose or missing eyelashes, minor discrepancies and inconsistency with facial make-up, and / or body make-up.
The following items are exempt from our Return & Refund Policy: items that are used, washed, altered, made-to-order, customized, complimentary, promotional items, free upgrades, free extras, and replacement products.
The following product damage is exempt from our Return & Refund Policy: User damage that has occurred during use, after use, by miss handling, or by incorrect cleaning methods.
Compensation for any issues relating to items that are exempt from our Return & Refund Policy will not be issued. Compensation will not be issued to customers who make threats, unreasonable demands, attempt to blackmail, or become abusive towards our staff. We try to resolve all issues with a smile, and often these situations require co-operation and patience.
Order Cancellations:
Order cancellation for custom sex dolls is possible in 24 hours after the order is placed. Manufacturing usually takes 5-7 days. We can stop the manufacturing process, but we charge 20% of the total order value as cancellation fee. Because of the manufacturing process has started, we offer an 80% refund within 24 hours. After 24-hours order cancellation is not possible.

Doll Modification After Order Is Placed:
Please, remember to check your order precisely before completing your order. Our workshop starts immediately after an order is placed. We offer modifications in 24 hours. But after the 24-hour window, order modification is not possible.
●We charge one time 10% modification fee from order modifications.
